Each and every rug is different and requires a specific cleaning process. We begin our process with a pre-inspection.

Our experts examine each individual rug, paying close attention to the smallest signs of fading, stains, discoloration, odors, wear, pre-existing damage and color instability.

We then decide on the appropriate cleaning method to ensure your rug is returned to you in the best possible condition.

More Effective

After the initial inspection, our technicians remove any dust or particles embedded deep within the rug using a combination of special tools and compressed air. This process, known as "dusting", is far more effective in eradicating dirt than vacuuming or beating your rug. After dusting, we pre-treat the rug for any spills, spots or stains.

We then begin the pre-cleaning process of any heavy soiled areas. We dissolve and extract any ground-in soil not removed during the dusting process and rinse the rug to remove the embedded soil and any cleaning residue.

The Natural Texture is Back

We then groom your rug to restore its natural texture. Your rug is dried in a special climate controlled room which reduces drying time to less than 24 hours.

Finally we meticulously inspect your rug, making sure that any and all dirt is removed. If required we may repeat any steps in our process to ensure that your rug looks like new.
